Updates to Flickr’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Dear Flickr Member,

We have updated our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions of Use. These revisions:

Address the California Consumer Privacy Act;
Clarify existing provisions and provide more transparency regarding our practices and rules; and
Increase the control that users have over the photos and videos they upload.

This is just a summary, and we encourage you to review the updated documents.
